Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from LightBeat, operated by Acharya Holdings (sole proprietorship), Office No. 5, Mosaic Building, Navshya Ganapati Parisar, Ganpati Nagar, Anandvalli, Nashik, Maharashtra, 422013.

Products

Product pages describe what each product does and how it reacts to sound. Photos and videos show the product in use; colours can look slightly different on your screen. Follow the safety notes on the product page and in the box.

Drops

Drop items are sold only while their window is open and while stock lasts. The stock shown is the real count.

Prices and payment

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Razorpay. An order is confirmed when payment is received, or when a cash-on-delivery order is accepted.

Orders

We may cancel an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown in error; if you have paid, we refund you in full. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must place the order.
